Right Shine Auto Care provides mobile auto detailing including Wash & Protect, Interior Detail, Pro Detail, Executive Detail, and Ceramic Coating. We serve Bruce and Huron County, Ontario, including Kincardine, Port Elgin, Southampton, Goderich, Walkerton, and Hanover.

• Book through rightshine.ca, by phone, or by SMS. Confirmation is sent automatically.
• All bookings are subject to availability and weather.
• You must provide accurate vehicle details and an accessible service location.
• Ceramic coating and certain detail packages require an in-person inspection for a custom quote.
• We reserve the right to decline any service we consider unsafe or outside our scope.

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment incur a 50% fee.
• No-shows are charged the full service amount.
• Rescheduling is free up to 48 hours before service.
• Weather, emergencies, and other force-majeure events: no charge to reschedule.

• Payment is processed via Jobber or other methods agreed at booking.
• Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Invoices are sent by email or SMS.
• Additional charges may apply when extra time or materials are needed; we will tell you before proceeding.
• Travel fees for out-of-area service are disclosed up front.
• Membership pricing is fixed for the term; unused services do not refund.
• Payment disputes: contact us within 7 days; we respond within 5 business days.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage including scratches, dents, paint chips, rust, or trim wear.
• Issues arising from negligent vehicle maintenance.
• Mechanical damage. We inspect and note conditions before service.
• Permanent protection from UV, weather, or normal wear — no detail offers this.

Quality guarantee:

• If you have a concern, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will offer a touch-up or service credit.
• Ceramic coatings enhance protection but are not permanent. Longevity depends on vehicle use, climate, and maintenance.
• We provide care instructions; non-compliance reduces effectiveness.

By submitting our booking form or texting us, you consent to receive SMS from Right Shine Auto Care.

• Transactional: confirmations, reminders, follow-ups.
• Marketing: review requests and promotional offers (monthly or less).
• Reply STOP MKT to opt out of marketing only — appointment reminders continue.
• Reply STOP to opt out of all SMS — you will not receive appointment reminders.
• You can opt back in by contacting us or rebooking.
• Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Right Shine Auto Care is not responsible for carrier charges.

• Memberships auto-renew weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as chosen at signup.
• Cancellation must be received in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
• Unused services do not roll over.
• Pricing is locked for the duration of the active membership.
• You may pause your membership for up to 30 days per year.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Right Shine Auto Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the service in question. These limits apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Right Shine Auto Care from any claim arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or any injury or damage caused by your vehicle during service.

• Please contact us first — most disputes can be resolved informally.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
• Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Ontario.
• You agree not to participate in any class action against Right Shine Auto Care.

• All content on rightshine.ca (photos, text, video) is owned by Right Shine Auto Care and protected by copyright.
• You may not reproduce our content without written permission.
• We retain the right to use photos of your vehicle (without personal identifiers) for testimonials and marketing.
• You retain ownership of your vehicle at all times.

You agree not to: use the site illegally, harass or defame others, attempt to hack or interfere with the site, post false reviews, spam our communications, or impersonate anyone. We may refuse service to anyone violating these rules.

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through our website or by email. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

These Terms together with our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Right Shine Auto Care and supersede any prior agreement.
